Honda Announces Revised Pricing for Vehicles in Pakistan due to Currency Depreciation and Business Turbulence
Honda car prices increase: The price of Honda vehicles has increased for the third time in two months, with the most recent increase reaching Rs0.55 million, according to Honda Atlas Cars, the country’s sole manufacturer of Honda vehicles.
The automaker informed revised pricing for all of its vehicles in a notification that was delivered to its dealers on Friday. From February 18, 2023, the revised prices will be in effect.
Honda continued the current pattern of major automakers raising the cost of automobiles and motorcycles. The corporation cited the depreciation of the local currency in relation to the US dollar, the turbulence in the business environment, and an increase in sales tax as the causes of the hike.
The cost of the City MT 1.2L has increased by Rs250,000, from Rs4.32 million to Rs4.57 million. BRV CVT is currently offered for Rs5.94 million following a Rs300,000 price increase.
The Civic 1.5 Turbo model’s price increased by Rs480,000 to Rs7.79 million. The automobile had a previous asking price of Rs7.29 million. The high-end Civic 1.5 Turbo LL CVT’s price has increased by Rs0.5 million from Rs8.64 million to Rs9.19 million.
