Hamza comeBack to TV: Hamza Ali Abbasi announced on social media that Jaan-e-Jahan will mark his return to television. The caption of an Instagram image read, “Glad to introduce you to the captivating universe of our next production Jaan-e-Jahan penned by Rida Bilal, directed by Qasim Ali Mureed.” Coming soon to a TV near you, produced by Samina Humayun Saeed and Sana Shahnawaz!
Fans of Hamza Ali Abbasi, gather around—we have some exciting news! The actor, who gave a terrifying performance as Noori Natt in Bilal Lashari’s The Tale of Maula Jatt, has finally revealed his eagerly awaited return to television.
The trailer has a welcome greeting from the producers narrated by celebrity Humayun Saeed. Jaan-e-Jahan, Abbasi’s final television production for the year 2019, looks a lot like Alif at first glance. The 38-year-old star’s recently revealed project is a secret, and neither the air date nor any other information have been released.
Nonetheless, Abbasi’s newsworthy career has been successful since 2022. The last film the Mann Mayal actor worked on, Lashari’s magnum effort, broke all box office records in Pakistan. “I was involved in this initiative right from the start. I was quite eager to do this. Additionally, I was particularly intrigued by Bilal’s plan to put his notion for Noori into action. Because I was involved in this production from the beginning, playing this role came simpler to me, Abbasi previously told The Express Tribune.
Abbasi stated that the position was still very difficult. The heat of Lahore, the beard, and the hair made Noori’s attire taxing. There was additional pressure to fill Mustafa Qureshi Sahab’s shoes. I would describe it as the most difficult persona I have ever encountered,” said Abbasi.
