On Monday, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari declared that on February 8, Pakistan’s election day, citizens would surprise “planners”.
Bilawal people surprise on February 8: Speaking to party supporters in Tharparkar, he predicted that those striking deals behind closed doors and announcing the outcomes will come as a surprise to the public.
“People will respond on February 8 and will not accept any conspiracy,” he said.
The Supreme Court has mandated that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and the government ensure that no hurdles stand in the way of the upcoming elections in Pakistan, scheduled for next year.
“If we band together, we will win,” he told the sizable crowd.
Bilawal promised to establish a “haari card” and a “mazoor card,” akin to the PPP, as established by the Benazir Income Support Programme.
The PPP leader said that farmers would be able to get seeds and fertiliser right now using the farmers’ card.
He claimed the party would use labourers’ cards to help them access healthcare and education.
He declared, “Supporting the downtrodden segment requires this revolutionary work,” emphasizing the party’s intention to run unaffiliated in the election.
